1. Delivery Zones & Rates

We currently ship within Bangladesh only. Our flat-rate shipping charges are:

Dhaka Suburbs Keraniganj, Narayanganj, Savar, Gazipur ৳90
Outside Dhaka All other districts across Bangladesh ৳110

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Keraniganj / Narayanganj / Savar / Gazipur 1–2 business days
Outside Dhaka City 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day are processed and handed over to our courier partner the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for all delivery zones across Bangladesh. Please note:

  • Ensure you are available at the delivery address to receive and pay for your order.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package.
  • Repeated failed deliveries may result in your order being cancelled and returned to us.

5. Our Courier Partners

We ship all orders via Pathao Courier and Steadfast Courier. The courier used for your order may vary depending on availability and operational conditions. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.


6. Order Tracking

To track your order:

  1. Check your SMS or email for the tracking ID and the courier name.
  2. Visit the respective tracking portal:

    • Steadfast: https://steadfast.com.bd/tracking
  3. Enter your tracking ID to see the latest delivery status.
  4. You can also contact us directly with your order number and we will assist you.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient unavailable, incorrect address):

  • Pathao/Steadfast Courier will attempt re-delivery.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to BD Gadget.
  • For returned orders, please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • BD Gadget is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
